Whitney was a referral from one of my Co-Workers and I could not have been any happier that she was sent my way, especially being a first time home buyer! Whitney knew exactly what she was talking about, picked up on little details (that I would have never noticed) throughout the houses we toured and was extremely patient with all of my indecisive decisions.
I put an offer in on a single family home, Hurricane Milton came and I decided I did not want to go that direction at this time in my life and withdrew my offer. I went with a townhouse (which Whitney recommended I do from the very beginning) and I am so happy with my decision. Whitney was so easygoing about the situation and did not make me feel bad for changing my mind even though my offer was already accepted by the Builder.
Whitney had my back through this entire process and I could not have imagined going through this with anyone else. We had to relocate out of state for a job opportunity. Before we moved, Whitney spent a good deal of time explaining everything that we would need to do, how everything would work, and what she hoped she could get for our house. Fast forward several months to when we actually were ready to start getting it on the market, she helped us find folks to do the bit of sprucing up it needed.
